Can we bring our own caterers?
Providing your own caterers is a negotiable option. All caterers must be approved and sign off to our cleaning and operational requirements. An additional fee will incur caterers fail to uphold this bond.
Do you have parking?
We have our own designated free carpark on Woodlands Terrace, plus there is plenty of off-street parking and adjoining parking, but please respect the terms of those areas.
We open the venue for set up from 9am - 1pm on the day of your event. Set ups/pack downs the day prior or after your event are subject to availability and incur an additional $350 fee. If you would like us to set up & pack down your style items for your event on the day we absolutely can do this for you! We charge a minimum $350 fee (total price depends on what is involved with your set up), so this way you won't have to worry about a thing on your big day!
When can we access the venue to set up on the day?
We love, love, love candles, and they look exceptional in our space! Just ensure all candles are encased! We would hate to have a fiery disaster instead of a beautiful event!
